   What ever you buy from Newegg for $25 or less ….just call them back & say it does not work. …you will have the option of having another one sent out or yor account credited back. The limit for the reps is $25 …. a supervisor can waive $50 ….. and if you post a bad review on reseller ratings about a product you ordered, it can go as high as $200 you would get compensated for.
